I have a serious, serious book addiction. My real-life bookshelf is full of cookbooks, books on nutrition, travel books and novels…many of which are still waiting for me to read them. Despite this, I still manage to find myself browsing the local bookstores (and Amazon) more often than I should. I have found many gems that I would recommend – books that have helped me, and are continuing to help me to find a healthy balance in my life. Check out my favorites below and enjoy! I’ll update this page as I discover new treasures.

I’m a book nut too! Have officially entered the crazy lady arena with books now stacked up against walls waiting to be read!
Great to see someone is putting their book shelf out there! Thanks!
I have 2 bookshelves: one of my print books and one of my eBooks. It’s a little ridiculous (and embarrassing) how many I have. Nice to know there are other bookworms out there, as well!
I don’t know if I’ll be posting my book lists. There really are that many.
